How Our 6 Step Quality Restoration Process Works

Comprehensive Solutions for Water Removal & Dry Out

When your home or business needs a water damage mitigation company, then you need an industry expert to show up fast to handle the water removal and dry out. Call in our local team to get the process started immediately and to reduce the risk of additional damage. When water is allowed to sit, it causes more damage, specifically to the flooring, furniture, cabinets, and walls of your home. We utilize specialty equipment to give you the quickest water restoration solutions that we possibly can.

Our training and experience has helped us learn that the faster we remove the water and dry out the home, the less damage there is to deal with for repairs. For this reason, we use commercial grade equipment that can get water removal and drying out your home completed faster. The type of equipment that is used depends on the amount of water and if the water is hot, cold or black water. We will also be using moisture meters and infrared cameras to help the team detect any additional unseen water that may be behind your walls or baseboards.

Water removal and the following dry out include the following steps:

  • Damage assessment by a specialist who inspects every area that seems to be impacted.
  • Expert crews start removing water that's not supposed to be present on your property. This is our biggest priority, since standing water contributes to the growth and spread of mold, bacteria, and mildew.
  • Detection of hidden pockets of extraneous water happens using thermal imaging technology.
  • Fans and dehumidifiers are places to dry out remaining damp air. This again happens to prevent the risks posed by bacteria, mold, and mildew.
  • Once a room starts drying out, we keep verifying humidity levels in the air with moisture meters and other appropriate technology.

When your home or business has flood or water damage, you'll likely notice the visible water laying around first. However, it's only one factor in a larger issue. We have the technology and techniques to find concealed water pockets hiding behind baseboards and walls. Our local team knows how to dry out a home or business fast, and they have a proven track record in doing it.
